Clear language for controlled work.

MarketingOS separates objects that ordinary project work quickly mixes together. Each definition states what the term means in the product and what it does not prove.

WORKSPACE

Workspace

The local context for one company, one website and one primary goal. The current alpha manages one bounded workspace. A portal for several parallel client accounts is not included yet.

EVIDENCE

Evidence

A stored observation with a source, time and known boundary. An HTTP status or Search Console value can be evidence. A prediction about future traffic is not observed evidence.

ACTION

Action

A concrete proposed step with a goal, rationale, operation and payload. An action is not yet an execution. It may rely on evidence, but it needs its own risk contract.

APPROVAL

Approval

A time-limited decision for exactly one displayed payload hash. Changed content or an expired window requires a new decision. Approval is not general write access.

RECEIPT

Receipt

The persistent record of an execution. It states what ran, when it ran, what result returned and whether external writes occurred. A receipt does not prove ranking or revenue impact.

IMPACT

Observed impact

A later measurement in an appropriate window, compared with the baseline and executed action. Until that observation exists, impact remains open even when the execution was technically successful.

Operating loop

The repeatable sequence of understanding, deciding, approving, executing and learning.
